Designation:Manager / Deputy Manager-HR
RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities:1. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Maintain harmonious employee relations by addressing grievances proactively. Ensure compliance with the Standing Orders and handle disciplinary matters as per legal norms. 2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus Act, etc.). Coordinate audits and maintain records for statutory bodies. 3. Time Office & Attendance Management Oversee attendance, leave management, shift scheduling, and overtime controls. Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate processing. 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities Plan and implement welfare initiatives, cultural programs, and employee engagement drives. Supervise canteen, transport, uniform, and other welfare provisions. 5. Performance Management System (PMS) Facilitate goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals. Train line managers on performance feedback and documentation. 6. MIS & HR Analytics Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, disciplinary records, and statutory MIS.
