Job Description
Designation:Head HR-Sales
RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities:Design and execute a strategic hiring plan for sales roles across regions/distributors/dealers. Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast manpower needs aligned with business growth. Drive periodic reviews and performance feedback mechanisms with sales leaders. Align sales incentives, recognition, and rewards with business goals and performance. Partner with L&D teams to build region-wise training calendars and measure training effectiveness. Develop first-line managers to improve team productivity and reduce attrition. Monitor and improve retention, particularly of front-line and field-based staff. Act as a bridge between corporate HR and regional sales teams. Implement and monitor adherence to code of conduct, particularly in field interactions and client/dealer relationships. Investigate and resolve grievances, misconduct, or ethical concerns involving sales employees. Work with leadership to build a performance-driven, ethical, and high-energy sales culture.
